School Improvement Team

At River Park, we believe that continuous school improvement is a collective effort, and that every educator’s voice matters. Each certified staff member plays an active role in our school’s growth by representing their Professional Learning Community (PLC) or department on one of our four School Improvement Goal Teams: Literacy, Math, Family Engagement, and Equity/School Culture.

Through this collaborative model, we ensure that all perspectives are valued and that our goals reflect the needs of our students, families, and staff. Our teams work together to strengthen teaching and learning, foster a positive and inclusive school culture, and build meaningful partnerships with families.
